Update: I originally bought the item because Renpho said they would refund my money if I reviewed it. I never received the refund so I returned it.Original message - I have been using the RENPHO upper arm blood pressure monitor for just over a week. The monitor is small, compact, easy to use, and the readings are consistent with my historical norms. The monitor comes with batteries but you can also use the included USB cord. The cord, however, is short and you will need to be extremely close to an outlet. This may prevent you from sitting in the ideal position.Positives:1) The monitor is compact2) The monitor is easy to use3) The voice option can be turned on or off4) Comes with a storage case5) USB capableHere are a few things I wish RENPHO would change/add:1) Make the monitor rechargeable.2) Have the monitor sync with an app for easy tracking like RENPHO body weight scales do. Ideally, there would be one app that tracks both to give the user a one-stop shop for tracking health metrics.3) Change the way the hose connects to the monitor. Right now, the hose has a plastic end that simply plugs into the monitor. While the plug is tight, overtime I feel the plug would wear down and loosen as you have to unplug it every time you put the monitor away. Maybe change to a screw on connection.4) Add more users. The system only allows for two users.
