EXACTLY what I needed to replace my Marantec M-line 4700 remote control! The old one stopped working and after three trips to Lowe's/Home Depot I found that the Geist etc. were not compatible with universal remotes (which is actually a good thing for added security). There were no direct instructions in the kit, but there was a link to an installation video on YouTube. I've never programmed a garage remote before and it took me about two minutes - you connect the pins to your old remote, point it at the garage opener and program your buttons. Very easy if you have an old remote control, but probably a bit more difficult if you don't have one.
