I have been looking for a sous vide cooker for a long time and I was very impressed with the one my girlfriend had in her house last year, she cooked the perfect beef steak on her plate sous vide. And finally I found the perfect one. This stove is very easy to use, the instructions are detailed and helped me set everything up quickly. All I have to do is follow the protocol and set the temp and timer and then TADA! A delicious dish of dishes is ready to serve! The temperature is accurate as I used a thermometer to check the temperature the first time I tried it. The clamp helps a lot as it helps the cooker stand in the pot, it doesn't fall into the water so it's safe. Another advantage is that it is very easy to clean. Overall I love this sous vide cooker and it's a great purchase. Please see the attached photo of the roast lamb I made, it looks amazing doesn't it?!
