Water in the battery compartment

The battery compartment is located at the bottom of the toy; the part that is submerged in water. After two uses, the batteries got wet, rendering the toy completely unusable; Water has entered the battery compartment. Yes, the screws were tight. If the intention is to use the latter beyond a single use, then it's really badly designed.
