It does the job.

This is a good product that I have used many times. There are others, both cheaper and more expensive. They all work pretty much the same. Take some from the stick, mix well and use. It works underwater and is safe for reefs. I mostly keep SPs and have never had any problems with corals after using them. Don't mix it under water. Mix it with water, then attach your stone or coral to another stone and let it dry. This product takes about an hour or more to fully cure underwater. More expensive epoxies dry faster. So if you work with large rocks a lot I would suggest you look for a different product but it works well for corals and frags. I don't really care about the color. It is available in gray or red. Neither of them look like Coraline, so don't expect them to match. The purple color might not be as noticeable from a distance, but to the trained eye and reefer, you'll see both. If it's very important I could use a razor and cut some lines so it's not just a smooth surface holding two things together. You can also press small rocks or crushed pieces of coral into the epoxy to conceal it a little more if you fancy something similar. It would also help the corals grow a little faster but eventually everything will turn purple in a reef tank so I don't worry too much or fiddle with it.
