I like how easy it was for our restaurant to implement with their software! Our guests didn't realize we had an iPad until they got here, but once they saw us using the system they were very satisfied. Not much there at this moment; everything seems smooth enough. However, if you're looking for something extra, check out other programs from time to time so your staff can get used to them. The ease-of use has been fantastic. They have done all my research into what's needed before implementing and even then we only added some things after implementation. Finedine is a great platform to make menu ordering and to make the ordering of dishes more efficient. We are able to make it more efficient to the restaurant as it is very easy to use and the layout is easy to follow.
