Sharp, gentle on the kitchen and dining room
This is the standard size paring knife. It's lightweight without leaving an empty feeling in your hand. It's really sharp and comes in a thin, heat-resistant case with a protective plastic cap. The protectors are not intended for storage, so they stay in the drawer without a case. So far it's stayed pretty sharp. Very cool that it is a one piece handle and blade.
