thick chain, lobster clasps are too big for most jewelry

You are really clumsy. They have large links and large lobster clasps that don't fit into the small dainty loops of my fine jewelry. The image looks like it was Photoshop or some other product than what I received. In the picture the clasps look almost round, but mine were oblong, in the shape of a lobster.
