Doesn't charge at 18W for iPhone

This is a beautiful cable but it only gets 10W to charge an iPhone 12 Pro. Quality cables, including those from Apple, charge with a quality 18W charger. The test method was to use a power meter with the same charger and iPhone and compare different cables. True fast charging cables switch from 5V to 9V at 2 amps to get 19W to fast charge iPhone.
