These are the perfect size for purse closures. I love the square shape, this isn't seen often making a more unique little accent. The edges have a little slope to them so you can easily get your finger between the pieces to pull apart. That really isn't super important since they are held securely with prongs and a washer. I highly recommend using some mid weight interfacing between the fabric and washer to give a bit more durability and stability. The price is a bit higher than others but the magnetic strength is a bit higher too. Overall a nice magnetic clasp.
