Review on Brabantia Large Roll Top Bread Box - Matt Steel Fingerprint Proof Finish by Jessica Bryant

Not sure if there is enough ventilation to keep the bread moldy. Before buying this box I kept my bread in the fridge and never knew I wasn't allowed to. I store a lot of different breads at once and figured I need fridge space. I bought the large size and put a few slices of all my bread in the box. (I keep the rest in the freezer). After a few months of use, I keep throwing away moldy bread. I'm not sure the box will keep the bread fresh for as long as it should. It doesn't seem to be as well ventilated as some of the other boxes. Aside from wasting a lot of bread and putting some varieties back in the fridge, the box is very well made, attractive and simple. wipe clean. I like it. I also like the flat top. I think I need to learn how to use it. Instructions are not included.
