Received this for my desk at work yesterday. I had pain in my right hand and arm so based on the reviews I wanted to try the vertical mouse. The delivery driver delivered it to the wrong door which caused me to try to locate it multiple times. It's weird how they delivered it to a side door that nobody uses, but they say they delivered it to their porters on their bills of lading. Ha! Especially when I had detailed shipping instructions for my work address saved on Revain. In any case. I plugged it in as soon as I found and opened it. You only need to charge it for about 2 hours after unpacking it. It feels comfortable in the hand, the thumb does not accidentally press the forward/backward buttons. A rainbow of colors lights up from above, which can be changed to a solid color if desired. The buttons are easy to press and operate. The only complaint is that your pinky could use more room on the mouse. Love that it has a hand/wrist rest that can be used or taken off. I look forward to using it more.
