The reason I gave four stars is because the trigger that pulls the bell doesn't always pull the bell. Outside of the packaging, the "bell" was too far from the bell so it didn't hit the bell when pulled to make a sound. I had to "hit" it closer to the bell for the bell to hit the bell. It works fine now, but sometimes I still have to hammer it before a bike ride to make sure it's working. However, the color and size of the bell is very cute and flattering and I couldn't find one that compares. I still 100% recommend this call! The noise is high pitched and loud enough for people nearby to hear!
