I bought this set 11 months ago for my kids because they can kill a cable in less than a month trying to run it across a room by shorting it into a car's doors, knocking them on the ground and stepping on them instead of picking them up, etc. I gave two cords to each child and kept the other one for myself. Of the five cables, only two broke at about the same time this week. One would just stop loading if not held in a certain position and the other was forcibly removed from the computer because my kid was trying to stretch it further in space than it could stretch and the real plug fell apart. I'm seriously impressed they've lasted this long when my kids are so hard on cords. Even though we still have the other three, I'm happy to order them again so we have backups.
