I like that you can have it set up so no one else can see what is being said about your site, but everyone sees when someone comments or adds a link to another website in reference to your content. It's also really easy to make changes if need be - just drag and drop! There are many other sites out there with similar features, which makes me think this may not be such an amazing product after all. We were looking for something that allowed us to monitor our social media posts as well as allow people who didn't want their information shared online a way to do that without having to use multiple platforms.
