I like that they are constantly improving their product so it is easy using them in your business as well! The customer service has been great too which helps when you have questions or issues with any of our products (which there aren't many). It can be hard sometimes finding what exactly we're looking at but once found its very helpful especially if this app will help us monitor analytics within an area such sales/revenue etc.. We use metrics cat daily across all departments from Marketing through Sales Development Reps - This allows me access where ever i need even outside my office hours by just logging into work remotely!!
