Dell Power Pack best in Notebook Accessories
The product works fine except the computer says it doesn't recognize it as a genuine device. I've had it for a few months now, but as far as I remember the info associated with it says it's a replacement for genuine Dell hardware (whatever that means), at least it works and haven't had any issues with it.
