The product works fine except the computer says it doesn't recognize it as a genuine device. I've had it for a few months now, but as far as I remember the info associated with it says it's a replacement for genuine Dell hardware (whatever that means), at least it works and haven't had any issues with it.

I've ordered a 180 watt Tekzilla charger twice. I got it twice. As you can see in the very short video, the sticker on the bag is correct, but the item inside the bag is 65W. I can't charge my laptop. Twice. Twice. Not once. So if you order this I will definitely review your order.

Not sure why so many people are complaining about this product? It is exactly as described. Received quickly and very well packaged. After 10+ years of using the stupid 150w adapter that Dell sent to my Inspiron 2320, upgrading from i3 to i7 forced me to finally get the 180w adapter recommended for this system. My old car now chugs along happily and no longer complains about a lack of power. Thumbs up!

I'm not an expert in these areas, I got the part because my computer told me to. My computer is still telling me to get the part, the only difference now is that the computer works after it tells me to, whereas before it didn't. There would be a message and no option to continue, so at least I can continue now because I say it works.
