My 2 year old son loves this mic. I will say that the only part of this product that is made of wood is the bottom base part and the part where the "button" is located. The red and blue parts, as well as the "button" itself, are made of plastic. I don't mind that it's mostly plastic, I feel like if it were wood it would be quite heavy. My biggest complaint is that the "button" doesn't do anything. It's literally just a decoration and my son seems frustrated that he can't push the button. Other than that it was a great product. Simple and easy to use, no batteries required.
