The RS1619XS+ is a 1U rackmount device with an Intel XEON D-1527 processor. This is a hot processor in a small space. The RS1619XS+ uses the original YS Tech FD124028EB-P fan with a maximum speed of 16000 rpm with F and R (3rd wire function). When you switch to the Notorious Nactua Fan, as you see in many YouTube posts or videos, you replace a 16000 RPM fan with a 5000 RPM fan. Think twice before you do this. If you want to keep 15000+ RPM there is no point in replacing the fan as any 10000+ RPM fan will have this noise. I tried switching to the 13000RPM fan, the noise is the same.
