My 7 year old. The old man loves it! This helps him in taekwondo classes. It's tiring but easy to inflate. It hits it so hard it doesn't stay inflated often, so I have to pump it weekly. Good thing I have a tire pump... Don't pump... Black holes are very hard to find!
