The instructions were a little strange, but they served their purpose. The weapon is strong, balanced and not cheap at all. I got this from a lifetime of back problems and bending over (I'm 6ft 3") and sawing logs on the floor was tiring (18" and 20" bars). low cost, but if you handle wood like me it's actually more labor intensive to move a large log in place and then pick it up in the jaws before cutting. I've found I'm not using it for logs anymore, but instead for large diameter branches that I can fold into the jaw and cut multiple pieces at once.
