Review on C2 Creative by Elvis Bragg

I enjoyed working at my past place of work for many years so it was nice being able get back into this environment after not having been in one since graduating college almost 10yrs ago! The people were great but there really wasn't much room or opportunity for advancement within their organization (at least as far as salary). Being an Account Manager you don’t feel like your input counts nor are they willing/able do anything about how things operate here which seems odd considering all employees have access to HR data such as pay rates etc.. Overall pretty standard corporate job experience although pleasant enough if nothing else comes out positive then who cares? Not very exciting when most everything revolves around other peoples decisions rather than taking initiative yourself.
