I read a few reviews before buying and I was scared a disaster would happen…but I’ve been pleasantly surprised that it has regulated me and eliminated bloating that I’ve had for months. I’ve felt much better since using. I take a few hours before bed time so it works before leaving for work in the morning. Great product.
