Review on 🔌 Eufy Cordless Lightweight Attachments for Versatile Use by Tim Blandin

I bought this vacuum cleaner on Prime Day June 2021. Didn't know it was sold to Woot (which is still part of Revain but not Revain directly). The vacuum arrived and worked well - suction wasn't great but I've vacuumed hardwood floors and low rugs so it was fine. Last week (less than two months after buying the vacuum cleaner, August 2021) I charged the battery overnight. I turned the vacuum on and it only ran for a few minutes (the battery indicator showed it was fully charged before the red battery indicator suddenly turned on and went off). I've followed the troubleshooting tips on the Revain websites and on the Eufy websites. I realized I missed the return window by two weeks, but Revain gave me Eufy's contact information. Eufy's online chat customer service representative was very helpful and told me that if I just emailed him the purchase confirmation he would send me a new battery. and my shipping address. I emailed Eufy the required information, but email customer service started asking for more proof. I sent a video similar to the one attached to my review showing the vacuum not working. They keep demanding more demonstrations and more evidence like I'm lying. I called Revane who put me through to Yufi/Anchor. Eufy's phone customer service representative promised me a refund after I provided all the information I had already submitted to the live chat and email representatives. A few days later there are no pending refunds in my account. Now I've received another email from Eufy asking for more evidence that the vacuum isn't working. This time they want me to prove that the suction power isn't that good. I told them repeatedly that if Revane would reclaim that vacuum for me, I would. I would buy another brand. I have several Anker batteries and chargers and prior to this vacuum I had a high regard for the Anker/Eufy brand. I do not recommend this vacuum cleaner and caution against purchasing any of their other products after this incident.
