I like how easy it is for employees who are not tech savvy at all, or even with computers in general, can easily navigate through this website and get where they need to go within minutes! It's also very user friendly if you know what your doing but there definitely could be some improvements such as making everything more mobile friendly (mobile version of application). For example we have been using our laptops while waiting in line behind another employee when trying access this system so having something more portable would make life easier during those times. We use OVD for job postings/applications for hiring new hires into positions which include customer service roles.
