The 18-Gauge wire for my opinion
I was looking for the 19-Gauge wire to do some cabochon wire wrapping. Since only the 18-Gauge is available, I bought the 18-Gauge one. However, the 18-Gauge wire is too stiff and it hurts my wrist when I tried to bend it to wrap around the stone.
