I could, at times, have used an extra set of hands but I was able to assemble it myself.I easily paired it with my phone and have had several workouts on it. My husband just put it together today and all was smooth until he got to the right pedal, the treading did not thread into the crank soo we have to reach out to customer service for that replacement piece. Disappointed that I can't use until it's received but other than that, he put it together pretty fast. Reading other reviews, this is the most common issue so it just seems like a part discrepancy. Beautiful machine can't wait to use it!

I am 260 lbs and this elliptical feels very sturdy. This is a good at home replacement to the gym ellipticals. Assembly is not hard but does take an hour or so. Can be done with 1 person if you are handle. Very quiet in use.

The product is fine; I especially like the intensity levels. The instructions to connect the very short wires for the LED panel was a bit frustrating, though. Perhaps this part of the installation was based on someone with small hands.

I use this thing almost daily and am very happy with the mechanics. I'm 5ft 7in tall and have no problems with the stride. It feels sturdy enough - I have it sitting on thick plywood with a rubber shop mat on top so I'm sure that stabilizes it more than being on carpet. Please, please get help when putting this thing together! It took me 3 days and I usually out everything together myself. This isn't a bad thing, more like a warning. My elliptical is together now and it works great! I didn't know that I had to pay $15 a month for the scenic route ride along.
