Great workout small foot print easy on the knees!
I had meniscus tear repair on my knee 2019 lost quit a bit of cartilage, my doctor told me to hang up the treadmillI was hard headed and tried it anyway, and found out he was right . I gave it too my son and bought this exerpeuticelliptical, and so far so good,easy on the knees, great workout, once you get used to it. it comes with about 24 presetexercises ,they are much easier to navigate with the free app, assembly not too complicated,took about 2 hours.I am 66 years old it was a good investment for me.
