I've spent too much time going through all the options. In the end I chose this device. I am very happy with it. Get it if: 1) you connect your radio to a coaxial cable from a TV antenna to also improve radio reception (this device does not block FM reception) 2) you need to boost TV and radio signals. 3) Your radio has a coaxial antenna and you need better radio reception and are using an old TV antenna in your attic or rooftop (this works for both FM and TV reception). Boosters don't add stations, they boost reception. If you have reception problems during a storm or at certain times of the day, this device will definitely help (MUCH). It will surely add many FM stations to your radio. As for TV, he can also add channels (for us he added half a dozen TV channels), but you understand that's not really usually the case.
