I've integrated HSU branded parts into my various action cam rigs before and been very pleased, so I wasn't surprised that these worked well.I use my DJI Osmo Action cams frequently in my role as a video professional, and having more ways to mount them effectively is always a bonus, especially when you're needing to rig something up on the spot in a way you might not have anticipated. I've set up action cams on tripods, ski helmets, dirt bikes, ATVs, and even a dog sled.These are extremely well engineered. They are surprisingly light, weighing almost nothing. Despite this, they feel extremely sturdy/rigid, with no feeling of flex or weakness. They include additional screw-holes for mounting other stuff, and are even brightly printed with guidance on which way to orient the screw bolts (very useful in low-light conditions or when you're rushing or stressed).As other reviewers have pointed out, the included wrench is not optional. It's very hard to get these finger-tight to the extent that the joints won't have some give under pressure. But, once tightened a bit with the wrench, they're locked in, even when whipping them around with a camera on the end.I wouldn't hesitate a moment to rely on these in challenging conditions where I absolutely needed to get the shot. These will be a frequently-used part of my action cam rig.
