I have had several chimneys over the years and loved them all. This is an absolute improvement over the previous models I've had. The bottom panel was a bit tricky to put back on (it doesn't fit) but once that was done it was insanely easy to work with. Insert the charcoal, drop some paper on the bottom (put oil on the paper if you want, it will help harden it) and wait a few minutes. Your coals will be ROCKET hot. Hold the grill and pull the handle and the coals will fall into place. Very easy. Add more charcoal if needed. The extra large capacity of this model means you can get around faster.
