Rootcology Paleo Protein Vs. Julian Bakery Paleo Protein

My first HydroBEEF protein powder was Juiian Bakery Paleo Thin Vanilla Nut protein powder. However, it contains 3 grams of saturated fat per serving and my doctor wants me to reduce my saturated fat intake, so I looked for a similar product but with less fat. That's how I came across Rootcology. Julian Bakery powder is absolutely delicious. It has 23 grams of protein / 2 net carbs / the aforementioned 3 grams of saturated fat per serving. Rootcology is very bland/no flavor, 26g protein/unknown carbs/0.5g total fat per serving. Both are finely ground powders that become very sticky when wet and will stick to the sides of a blender or jar. Julian Bakery tastes better, but when I add other nut milks or coconut milk to make a smoothie, the saturated fat level increases pretty quickly. So Rootcology is more versatile in terms of what I can add and still keep it low in fat. I have Hashimoto and am still experimenting with smoothies. But right now I feel full and full after a smoothie with this Rootcology powder. Don't feel tired or bloated. But you definitely need to add some fruit and something else with flavor as the powder itself is tasteless. I plan to try mixing Julian Bakery powder with Rootcology and see if that improves the flavor while keeping the saturated fat under 2-3. grams per serving. Basically, this is an attempt to dilute the fat content. Otherwise this is a good product so far.
