That's why it costs $16 instead of buying another switch.

So my Switch had problems with noise. I think the pin that balances the fan on the servo was slightly bent. The noise it made was a very loud hum. It was so audible I could hear it from another room. To be honest, this model was released on the first day. However, I find it a pity that it took so long before it failed. Its real downside is switching, which is a bit more common these days. Be careful if you've never done this before. It's best to do your research and prepare as best you can before beginning this self-paced project. Youtube videos and knowledge about the product you are installing is very important. With that in mind, here's my take on the results. 1) Noise Improvement: This is definitely better than the constant hum of a faulty fan. However, it's good to know that this fan only runs on the highest settings since it's supposedly a third-party fan. 2) Installation: This is quite a delicate process, but not difficult. It's best to take your time and have a good system for organizing the screws. This kit comes with the special adhesive needed to reattach the heatsink and back metal plate. 3) Specifications: As I mentioned before, this fan only runs at maximum speed. So it's like overclocking a gaming PC. Because of this, however, it keeps that switch at the ideal temperature and improves the console's performance in more graphics-intensive games like Doom. that when the switch is first docked, the fan turns on and not off. You must turn on the console and use the controller to manually put the console to sleep from the menu. You can't just press the power button to turn it off. In this way, it continues to run at full power even when it is switched off.
