It was inexpensive and worked as expected. It folds up / fits in a tiny space in my saddlebag and easily awaits the next use. I put it in a plastic bag so the hooks won't snag anything else in the saddlebag and I can put the grocery bag on top of any load that needs protecting from rain - you can use a garbage bag on it instead 13 gallons for the same purpose, but for larger items. I use this to secure my holdall in the back seat when I go to the gym, works great, stretches spider cords pretty decently. I also keep a few extra elastic cords in the same pocket in case I need to cover up a bit more, but that will rarely if ever happen - this is a bike, after all.
