The chair itself is relatively comfortable and inexpensive, but that's where its pluses end. The first issue is that the seat stank of chemicals and any clothes I would wear would take on that smell for the rest of the day after a short time in the chair and the smell wouldn't go away after weeks of use. After a month of daily use of this chair, the mesh material began to separate from the sides of the chair, which quickly resulted in the entire mesh detaching within a week. Revain was kind enough to send me a replacement but required me to send the original back which was annoying. Now, two months after the replacement, the mesh is beginning to fall apart again. I'm far from the weight limit of this chair and the fact that it falls apart so quickly is just ridiculous. I had a similar chair that I paid about twice as much for 5 years and I would happily buy this chair again. Customer service.
