Review on 🔵 Klein Tools 5-Inch Needle-Nose Pliers - Extra Slim D335-51/2C in Light Blue by Juan White

I've been using ONLY Klein tools for almost 30 years. Unfortunately, this needle nose pliers set has been completely disabled. Instead of a "nose" made up of equal parts (cut down the middle of two cheeks), one side is VERY thin and the other is large. In fact, it was cut so wrongly that one end of the jaw was about 3mm shorter than the other, rendering pliers useless (since they are designed to grip very small objects). Only discovered this yesterday and went back this morning - only to find out they are non-refundable as they are overdue - ahhh. I don't think it's the seller's fault, it's Klein's. However, the seller should have checked them before shipping. And I should have checked them out when they arrived (instead of just putting them in a tool box for later). Please check the pliers when they arrive and send them back immediately. I would like to post a photo but I don't know how to post it here. I just want to exchange for a new pair
