Wonderful Software With Great Customer Service

SedonaOffice is easy to use, has a great customer service, and is very affordable. I like that it has multiple ways to communicate with customers, such as email, text, and phone. I also like that it is very easy to customize the system to fit the needs of your business. It is a great tool for any security company that has employees working remotely. The only thing I dislike about SedonaOffice is that it is not always intuitive. I've had to look up tutorials to learn how to do simple things. If you are looking for a simple accounting system, this is the best option out there. We are solving the issue of keeping track of our clients and employees. I like that it has a good layout of all the different functions of my sales team. The reports are very easy to use but can be tricky learning how to do them yourself. Sometimes there are bugs in which you cannot delete certain report types. If any issues arise, support staffs response time varies depending on where they are located so try not to wait too long! We have been able to automate our paperwork as well as make realtime dashboards using this program.
