They came and I was worried about what to expect but having used them with two children who I know can test the product they have worked great. One is currently used for my 4 year old and his booster seat and the other is used by my 15 year old who is rough with a lot of things and uses it almost every day. These chairs come pre-assembled in a large box but they are really light and at first I realized that we needed to replace the chairs for the dining table we donated where the chairs were used elsewhere in the house so I knew which style I wanted because I was very interested just wasn't sure what the description was of what I was going to get but I have to say I'm not disappointed and as I said they work great.
