Review on COSANKIM by Tommie Lawson

I recently tried to shop at COSANKIM's online store, however the experience was unpleasant. On their website, they advertised fashionable clothing at reasonable costs, but the truth was very different. The stuff I received had really poor quality, being made of subpar materials. Even worse, I felt mislead and disappointed because some of the things didn't match their website descriptions. I attempted to contact customer service to address my problems, but I discovered that their agents were unreachable and unhelpful. It was difficult to receive a response, and once I did, they wouldn't provide me a satisfactory answer to my questions. In terms of both product quality and customer service, COSANKIM falls short of comparable online fashion shops. I wouldn't advise doing business with them, and I'll be moving my future purchases elsewhere.
