Let's see how number 2 fails. It's just for backup purposes, it's not really needed for high transfer speeds or large files. It looks like it wants to format but just doesn't. A small red light flashes but the format never completes (using windows tools, powershell and command line). 1TB for $16, what did I expect? I was expecting to move a total of 20GB with the average file size being around 1MB. You know how small photos are? We will see.
