I received the key quickly and well packaged. I opened the box and put the key in my Windows 10 PC. When I try to set up the key, it doesn't recognize my finger touch. It took over 20 attempts to set up the key. After the final setup and checking the functionality of the key in Google, I set about setting it up on Coinbase. No luck, the key could not be used on Coinbase. Customer service has declined my request for information and assistance. I'm an advanced key user and my YubiKeys work well the first time, every time.
