Review on Trim Fuel Protein Shake Chocolate by Lori Okuno

I've been weight training for a long time but haven't found the perfect protein shake mix yet. It's not "perfect", but it's actually very good. It tastes great and the texture is smooth - it doesn't feel powdery. I have to say I make this in a blender with ice and milk so it's more like a milkshake flavor. I haven't tried just mixing it with water, it doesn't seem like it's very good for protein powder. It came quickly, as promised, in sturdy packaging and was undamaged.
