Don't buy the silver version unless.
Attention! Different metals! Galvanic corrosion occurred when I left them in the sink (partially exposed in a plate), soaked them in water and left them overnight. Great blades but the handles feel and look terrible. However, if they are washed and dried immediately, they should not corrode. I can't recommend the "silver" version just because it happened. While my actions caused corrosion (I should have known better), the company had to make the knives entirely from stainless steel to avoid the possibility of electrolysis.
