It has been very helpful in the automation process. The ability to keep track of everything that happens within our organization has made it easier for us as an admin to make sure we are doing what we need to do each week with no mistakes or issues. Nothing at this time but I would like more options when sending emails out to other members. There should be another way to send them to multiple people instead having to go through their personal email addresses.
