Excellent Service & Customer Support

The customer support team are very responsive to any queries I have had about my system. They also follow up and ensure that problems or issues are resolved as soon as possible. When we migrated from another supplier, some functionality was lost but this hasn't been an issue since our transition date. It would be good if they were able to offer more training courses for use within the company - especially those who aren't computer savvy such as myself! There isn't anything I dislike at present, however when there is something I do not understand I will raise it through their ticketing service which has so far been efficient. As a business, we need to track product movements (incoming/outgoing), produce sales reports and manage invoicing etc; all via one platform. This enables us to keep our processes streamlined and easy to access.
