Excellent Service & Customer Support

The customer support team are very responsive to any queries I have had about my system. They also follow up and ensure that problems or issues are resolved as soon as possible. When we migrated from another supplier, some functionality was lost but this hasn't been an issue since our transition date. It would be good if they were able to offer more training courses for use within the company - especially those who aren't computer savvy such as myself! There isn't anything I dislike at…

Great tool helps with improved efficiency in purchasing

It provides us all our supply chain information which we can use to improve processes as well as reduce costs along the way by making better decisions about what products should be sourced from where etc. The system also allows for collaboration between sites via emailing or using shared documents so it's easy to access data when you're away from your desk! I have no dislikes at this point other than maybe that sometimes there are problems connecting into some systems - usually resolved…

Great Product - Easy To Use & Reliable

We use emda to manage our inventory for all of our factories around NZ. The system allows us to keep track of everything from raw material through to finished goods at each factory location which helps reduce stock-outs as well as improving customer service levels by ensuring we have enough product available when customers need it! Not much dislike about this program so far but i would like more reporting options (such as reports that can be exported into other programs) if you are using…

  • Very easy setup with just 10 mins training anyone is good set up within 2 weeks.The software works really hard keeping everyone informed across several locations throughout Nz including most major airports..It saves millions annually due too its ability store information relating directly back onto suppliers invoices etc making life very simple
