The product is ALMOST excellent. But it has many aspects that make it less streamlined than you'd like. The image is bright even during the day, on paper it does everything it needs to. In practice, the menus are difficult to navigate, the remote control is slow and unresponsive, and it's actually almost impossible to navigate, for example, the Netflix menu without using a mouse and touching the touch area of the projector screen. Our workaround for this is to simply plug an old Apple TV into the HDMI port. That works great! There's just one problem - you can't control the volume this way - adjusting the volume on the projector or using the projector's remote does nothing! the experience we want. But it's much more than a small portable projector. EDIT ADDED Pretty soon after writing this review I received an apology email and a gift card offer to try again sometime. And thanks for my feedback. Today I received an email asking me to simply remove the rating or change it to 5 stars in order to receive a $30 gift card! Pretty sketchy. I thought I'd mention it.
