Jumper cables are not very good

The cables supplied are not the best and I ended up throwing them away. I found that at least 25% of mine were totally out of order (OL) or had excessive resistance (10+ ohms). The T-Board works as expected and the layout is fine too. Just note that the breadboard power rail isn't fully plugged in and turns off at 30 even though it's marked on the board.
