Review on Talent Pool Builder by Adam Nikolz

I like that it allows me to create multiple profiles for each candidate. This makes it easy to manage and find resumes quickly. The only problem with this software is that you cannot delete an account. You also cannot have more than 1 profile in your name. Since I use this software for multiple jobs at one time, it would be fantastic if you could have multiple accounts under 1 email address. I really enjoy using this product for my recruiting needs. It has allowed me to connect quickly with new talent and keep my resume up to date.
